The Reports page provides structured Mini DBA reporting for database estate review, operational handover, health summaries, and recurring DBA checks.
Use Reports when you need to:
Reports are based on data collected by connected Mini DBA Engines. If a report is missing data, confirm the engine was connected and monitoring the target server during the time period you selected.
Reports are strongest when they are part of a regular operational rhythm. Use them before service reviews, after major incidents, before maintenance windows, and after remediation work. This gives teams a consistent way to show what changed and which risks remain.
When sharing a report, include the engine, server group, database platform, date range, and owner. If the report includes recommendations, link the finding back to the relevant console page so the recipient can see the supporting evidence.
The selected engine may not have been connected, the server may not have been monitored, or the chosen date range may not include collected data.
Reports are based on collected monitoring history and selected report options. Use live platform pages for current incident triage.
